Sawn palm, also known as sawn palm or sawn palm, sabah palm is a shrub plant in the palm family, usually grown in hot climates of North and South America. Its sawn palm Serenoa repens (Bartram) is small, ripe and dry for medicinal use.  
Saw palmetto is a small palm, growing to a maximum height of around 7-10 ft (2-3 m). It is endemic to the lowlands and savanna scrubs of the subtropical southeastern United States, most commonly along the south Atlantic and Gulf Coastal plains, but also as inland to southern Arkansas.
